This test environment is intended for product validation and internal demos. Do not use sensitive production data unless your legal/compliance team has approved this environment.

Data Collected

System may store farmer profile data, conversation logs, escalation notes, and uploaded company documents for model context and troubleshooting.

Testing Use Restrictions

Use masked or synthetic datasets wherever possible. Avoid storing personal identifiers beyond what is strictly required for testing the workflow.

Retention (Current Config)

Chat records: up to 2 years. Company files: while company is active; 6 months after deactivation.

Security Baseline

Role-based access, company data isolation, and authenticated access are enabled. Additional controls (CSRF, rate limiting, audit hardening) are planned and should be enabled before production go-live.

Third-Party Processing

When OpenAI integration is enabled, query context may be sent to configured model endpoints. Ensure your organization has approved third-party processing terms before live rollout.
